How many hours are included in my rental?
Each package includes access to the venue for a set rental window. The Moment & The Social offers full-day access, The Gathering provides a shorter rental block, and The Mini is booked hourly. Exact times are confirmed during booking.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes! You are welcome to use your preferred licensed and insured vendors for catering that are welcome to use our caterer kitchen for your event. You are also welcome to bring your own decor, and entertainment. Or we can also provide a list of trusted partners familiar with our venue.
How do we secure our date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% are required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event, with details provided during booking.
What days are events available?
Events are available Monday-Saturday only. We do not host Sunday events.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. On-site or designated nearby parking is available for guests and vendors.
Do you offer tours?
Absolutely! Tours are available by appointment. We’d love to show you the space and help you determine the best fit for your event.
Does your venue have accessibility?
Yes! There is a handicap ramp to the first and second floor. There is an interior elevator between the first and second floor as well. The Riverfront Terrace is accessible via car.
